Our Story

I'm Edita, the founder of Raw & Lovely. For over two decades, my career as a health professional has been dedicated to promoting healthy food choices and mindful eating habits.

The idea that a slice of cake could be packed with nutrient-dense ingredients, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals was truly eye-opening—it instantly captivated me. What began as a personal passion led me to experiment with plant-based cakes and desserts for my family and friends. Very quickly, my creations became an instant hit among those embracing a healthy lifestyle.

My journey is just beginning, and my commitment to learning is ongoing. I’ve pursued numerous plant-based culinary courses taught by some of the most esteemed experts in the field, both in the United States and Europe.

Our decadent desserts support healthy lifestyles and are also perfect for people who follow a vegan or paleo diet, suffer from diabetes, battle high cholesterol, have lactose and gluten intolerance, are allergic to eggs, or simply like to enjoy wholesome and natural food. We do not use artificial ingredients or coloring, stabilizers, GMO products, or refined sugar. Only the highest quality and most wholesome ingredients, plus lots of love and dedication, of course!

Means unprocessed natural ingredients, cooked at low temperature to preserve the flavor, texture, and nutrients. The way they are found in nature.

Signifies the beauty and harmony of taste, quality, and design. To bring the best flavors into our creations, we use special techniques taught in world-renowned plant-based culinary schools.

Our cakes and desserts are free of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, pesticides, preservatives, additives, hormones and GMOs. We use natural sweeteners. Never refined sugars.
