Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you are happy with your Raw & Lovely experience.

We use fresh and quality ingredients to ensure that all of our products are absolutely delicious and healthy. Each product is individually handcrafted and takes a considerable amount of time and effort to produce.

Given the perishable nature of our products, Raw and Lovely does not accept returns, exchanges, and/or grant refunds. The only exception to this policy is when the request for a refund or exchange is due to an error on our part.

Custom orders can be cancelled 48 hours before the production start date.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons that we cannot control such as, but not limited to delays or damage caused by third-party delivery or shipping companies.
